So the pictures above are 3 years old....and you all know the story....back in December Lais announced she wanted to compete in a fitness show..she really didn't start until the end of January...and most of you saw the results of that show ;-)...
and like most things people do...after competing, most most have a hard rebound and gain 10,15, even 20lbs if they don't do things the right way.. with the beginning of September here, she has gained 2lbs and...she scheduled a photo shoot...look:
PS...we still have 10 weeks to go to get ready for the Miami Show
So on this Transformation Tuesday I wanted to help you overcome some of the excuses you built up in your head.
"It's going to take to long".....the time will pass any way...back in January when I said you should get started ....you could have and of course it's not just starting it'sstaying on and being consistent
"It's going to be hard and the diet is to strict" it's not going to be easy and nor should it, a body transformation is a transformation...and as far as the diet...have you seen her poptart post on IG?
"She must workout every day for hours, and I don't have time"....sorry she works out at our bootcamp for 45 minutes..and not everyday
"I just don't think I can focus for that long"....seriously?
and the worst one..."I know what I need to do, I got this"
I can go on and on and on....truth is obviously everything I have said would work, worked...the way I plan meals is based on making sure it's something you will be compliant with...I don't think you need to suffer with your eating and I don't think you need to kill yourself in the gym.
The real secret to hertransformation is 2 fold...first she trusted her coach, and 2nd she was compliant and consistent.....she had off days, and cheat days...but in the bigger picture there was a lot more days of compliance andconsistency...
I don't like to say anything negative about other programs or diets (meal plans) but...here is my question...is it working? is it really working or do you want it to work? are you still waiting for it to work? are you wishing it would?
Here is what I want you to think about...September is here...4 months left to close 2018...if you start today...what kind of results could you see by the end of the year?
