(July 4, 2012) Rated R Fitness Boot Camp announces Super Saturday- A free fitness boot camp for all on the first Saturday of the month.
It is celebration time for people in South Florida looking out to shed some extra pounds. Rated R Fitness has organized a free Fitness Boot camp at their Hialeah location.
According to the official spokesperson of Rated R Fitness,Rafael Moret, "We are a bunch of fitness freaks. We believe in spreading the message of good health. We sincerely believe that all around us should benefit through our fitness boot camp and enjoy a healthy, disease free life, look and feel beautiful. That’s why, we thought about organizing a Free boot camp for all on the first Saturday of every month."
"We received tremendous response for our first boot camp, and for this month’s free fitness boot camp on July 7th, we are expecting a larger turnout. Our visitors will get a chance to understand full exercise regimen to reinvent themselves. They will learn about Metabolic Resistance Training, 1,000 Calorie Challenge, Reverse Pyramid Hybrid and more.
