How to get the MOST out of Bootcamp

Well it's Prep time...

Sunday is here and while you are relaxing today (or not)

Sunday could be the day the makes or breaks your week.

Sometimes people are not sure how to get the most of this Bootcamp program.

Sometimes THEY (you) for get that this is YOUR workout time.

A few years ago I had 8 locations, every location was outdoors and was offered 3 days per week at a specific time.

Everywhere from Pincrest all the way to Boca, and what would happen is, when someone joined they know they could only go the 3x I was there at that time.

So they maximized it.

The Key to maximizing your time at Bootcamp is SHOWING up...

I have designed a program that get more done in 45 minutes than most workouts do in 3 days.

How do you show up?

I even made that easy, we offer a TRIAL:

Is that all you have to do?

NOPE!

People you can come to a program that burn a lot of calories in 45 minutes but what happens the other 23 hours and 15 minutes of your day?

That is why Sunday is key.

Plan your eating and plan your workouts.

Make sure you have set the time for YOU to workout aside.

Then look in your fridge....Do you have all the things you need to make sure you are eating the foods you need to eat to support YOUR PERSONAL fitness goals?

If not go get it.

It take little time to plan and it will go a long way.

I don't know if you saw the email I sent out this week, but I am finishing a program that modifies your eating Mon-Fri and let's you CHEAT with No Guilt on the weekend.

It will be ready soon....till then...you know some foods are just not the BEST for you..do not eat those and make better choices.

Not sure....ASK...i can;t answer questions you do not ask me...I promise to give you the BEST answer possible

Enjoy your Sunday...GO HEAT!!!

I and my friends were actually checking out the nice techniques on your web blog and then the sudden I had an awful feeling I had not thanked the website owner for them. Those men became certainly very interested to study them and have now really been having fun with these things. Thank you for truly being quite thoughtful and also for having some wonderful guides most people are really needing to discover. Our sincere regret for not expressing appreciation to you earlier.
